Spain’s Constitutional Court has struck down all Covid pandemic-era penalties, ruling that the country’s draconian 2020 restrictions violated citizens’ rights.

A bombshell whistleblower revelation has revealed that former President Joe Biden’s administration ordered healthcare employers not to report workers’ injuries caused by the mandated Covid “vaccines.”

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has abruptly walked back its years-long push for universal Covid “vaccination,” announcing that the injections should be a choice for each individual.
The announcement is a stunning reversal that comes after mounting evidence of weak effectiveness and serious safety concerns.
In a major shift, the agency no longer broadly recommends Covid shots for the general population.
Instead, it now says that each person should weigh the risks and benefits with their doctor before making a decision.
“Informed consent is back,” said CDC Acting Director Jim O’Neill in a Monday statement after accepting the recommendation of the agency’s vaccine advisory panel.
O’Neill admitted that the CDC’s 2022 blanket booster push “deterred health care providers from talking about the risks and benefits of vaccination for the individual patient or parent.
“That changes today,” he declared.
‘Shared Clinical Decision-Making’
The new approach is described as “shared clinical decision-making,” meaning vaccination is no longer a one-size-fits-all directive.
Instead, it is supposed to be determined on a case-by-case basis between doctor and patient.
The CDC’s website confirms the shift:
“Shared clinical decision-making recommendations are individually based and informed by a decision process between the health care provider and the patient or parent/guardian.”
This marks a stark departure from the CDC’s years-long policy of recommending that virtually everyone, from infants as young as 6 months to the elderly, receive Covid shots and “boosters” on an annual basis.
Vaccine Fatigue and Alarming Data
The reversal follows plummeting uptake.
Only 44% of seniors got a COVID shot in late 2024 or early 2025, CDC data shows.
Just 14% of adults aged 18–49, 13% of children, and 10% of healthcare workers rolled up their sleeves during that time.
Even the agency’s own vaccine advisory panel admitted the science no longer holds up.
“At best, the additional protection provided by a seasonal booster is moderate and of short-term,” said Retsef Levi, chair of the CDC’s Covid “immunization” workgroup, during the September meeting.
Panel members also acknowledged growing concern over vaccine side effects, including myocarditis, a dangerous form of heart inflammation that has been documented in young people after the mRNA shots.
FDA Pulls Back, Too
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) recently withdrew emergency authorization for the shots altogether, narrowing approval to high-risk groups and people 65 and older.
Four Covid vaccines remain available in the U.S.: two from Moderna, one from Pfizer-BioNTech, and one from Novavax.
But unlike before, the shots are no longer recommended across the board.
Cracks in the Narrative
The Biden-era push to vaccinate virtually every American is unraveling.
Under Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., the government already stopped recommending the shots for healthy children and pregnant women back in May.

Dr. Jessica Rose, a respected researcher known for her in-depth analyses of vaccine safety data, says the evidence now shows a disturbing correlation between the mRNA rollout and skyrocketing colon cancer cases.

Her findings mirror the clinical observations of Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, a billionaire physician and biotech entrepreneur, who has reported an alarming rise in colon cancer cases among young patients in his clinic.
Disturbing Clinical Evidence
Rose raised the alarm about her findings during an appearance on “Ask Dr. Drew.”
Host Dr. Drew Pinsky also highlighted the troubling trend during a recent discussion.
He cited Soon-Shiong’s concerns about the spike protein’s potential to suppress natural killer (NK) cell function, a key part of the immune system responsible for keeping cancer in check.
Dr. Soon-Shiong, a world-leading cancer researcher and the owner of the Los Angeles Times, recently warned that his worst fears were confirmed after he reviewed a peer-reviewed study out of Japan.
The study highlights Soon-Shiong’s “greatest concern of spike-based mRNA vaccines.”
“We’re gonna have to address the rising instances of cancer,” Soon-Shiong warned.
“For the first time in my career, I’ve seen an 8-year-old, 9-year-old, 10-year-old with colon cancer.

“He mentions Kevin McKernan’s findings of ‘a colon cancer that was [sequenced] and there was the [Pfizer-like vaccine] plasmid within the DNA of that colon cancer,’” Pinsky said.
“I would immediately start sequencing tumors in people who had multiple shots,” Rose noted.

Dr. Rose is also a co-author of a peer-reviewed paper that revealed dangerous levels of DNA contamination inside Moderna and Pfizer vaccine vials.

A disabled man from Ontario, Canada, has issued a desperate plea for help as doctors aggressively attempt to railroad him into the government’s euthanasia program.
Roger Foley, who suffers from spinocerebellar ataxia, an incurable brain disease, has been forced to beg for help through a public fundraiser after Canadian hospitals repeatedly denied him proper care.
According to Foley, rather than help him, doctors are pressuring him to end his life through the country’s notorious euthanasia program.
Foley says hospital staff are trying to bully him into Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) as an “alternative” to providing the support he needs to live.
On September 30, the Life Care Network launched a LifeFunder campaign to cover basic medical costs for Foley.
Foley has now been stranded in a hospital for nine years without adequate care.
However, Canada’s socialized healthcare system is under pressure to cut costs, leading to patients being pressured into “suicide” rather than expensive long-term care.
In a statement for the fundraiser, Foley revealed:
“Hospital staff have repeatedly offered and pressured me to consider Canada’s infamous assisted suicide program, Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD,) while simultaneously obstructing the very services and supports I need to live safely.
“Despite my condition, I have fought tirelessly for my rights, dignity, and the ability to return to the community,” he continued.
Fighting for Survival
Foley’s disease makes it difficult for him to move, eat, or even take medication without assistance.
He says hospitals have created unsafe conditions instead of helping him live with dignity.
Foley believed that doctors are intentionally denying him basic care in the hope that he will agree to be euthanized.
“I live in constant pain, severe fatigue, and cognitive decline from dehydration and lack of sleep,” Foley explained.
“Staff continue to impose arbitrary and unsafe ‘rules,’ including denying me side rails during transfers and barging in with bright lights – despite knowing it causes me extreme harm.”
Now, Foley is seeking private funding for a Personal Support Worker to provide him with basic needs that hospitals have denied, such as food, hydration, medication, and hygiene care.
Life Care Network, which helps vulnerable Canadians resist pressure toward euthanasia, has stepped in to raise money for his care.
Lino DeFacendis, founder and CEO of Life Care Network, said in a statement:
“There needs to be a re-awakening that every life is precious and must be treated with true dignity and compassion, no matter how difficult the circumstance.
“Killing oneself via MAiD is never the answer to one’s problems,” he declared.
Nine Years of Pressure
Foley was first admitted to the London Health Sciences Centre in 2016 after a bout of food poisoning.
He has never been discharged.
Over those years, he says hospital staff repeatedly offered him MAiD.
However, Foley says he has been clear that he wants to live and return home with proper caregivers.
Meanwhile, the mistreatment has escalated.
In May, Foley says the hospital switched out amber lights in his room for harsh, bright bulbs, even though he is severely light-sensitive.
The change has left him in agony.
“I can only tolerate fluids for a few minutes at a time using makeshift taped-together ski goggles,” Foley said.
“I am unable to eat solid food or take oral medications.”

As he battles for his own life, Foley has been exposing how easily the vulnerable are pushed toward state-assisted death instead of being given the support they need to live.
