Canada has euthanized around 90,000 people since Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s Liberal government legalized so-called “Medical Assistance in Dying” (MAID) in 2016, a watchdog has revealed.

The death toll was exposed in shocking new data published by the Euthanasia Prevention Coalition (EPC).

EPC Executive Director Alex Schadenberg revealed the grim total, citing government data and projected 2025 figures.

“There were around 16,500 Canadian euthanasia deaths in 2024, representing 5% of all deaths,” Schadenberg declared.

“There have been around 90,000 Canadian euthanasia deaths since legalization.”

Schadenberg based his projections on official numbers from Ontario, Québec, Alberta, and British Columbia.

“Since Ontario, Québec, Alberta, and BC represent 87% of Canada’s population, and since there were 1056 more euthanasia deaths in those provinces in 2024, and since there were 15,343 reported euthanasia deaths in 2023, therefore it is safe to predict that there were around 16,500 reported euthanasia deaths in 2024,” he explained.

The watchdog noted a 7.5 percent surge in euthanasia deaths across the four provinces between 2023 and 2024.

By the end of 2023, the government had already counted 60,301 deaths by lethal injection.

“I am predicting that there were approximately 16,500 reported euthanasia deaths in 2024,” Schadenberg said.

“Therefore, as of December 31, 2024, there were around 76,800 reported euthanasia deaths since legalization.”

“Since this article was published in late September 2025, it is likely there have been around 90,000 Canadian euthanasia deaths since legalization,” he concluded.

Healthcare Failure Driving Canadians to Death

Behind the staggering death toll lies a grim reality as Canada’s collapsing socialized healthcare system is driving the sick and elderly toward euthanasia as an “alternative” to treatment.

Wait times to see a specialist in Canada have soared to an average of 27.7 weeks, leaving desperate patients with a cruel choice to endure worsening illness or seek state-assisted death.

That was the fate of 52-year-old grandfather Dan Quayle from British Columbia.

Quayle was euthanized on November 24, 2024, after being denied cancer treatment due to waitlist delays.

In another case, a Winnipeg woman who ended her life through assisted suicide wrote in her obituary:

“I could have had more time if I had more help.”

Disturbingly, critics note that those who refuse euthanasia are increasingly shamed as “selfish” for not relieving the system of their burden.

Liberals Expanding Death Instead of Care

Rather than fixing Canada’s medical crisis, the left-wing government is expanding euthanasia access.

In February 2024, after backlash from pro-life, medical, and mental health groups, as well as opposition from most provinces, Ottawa agreed to delay its plan to extend euthanasia to those suffering from mental illness until 2027.

The plan was delayed after large numbers of doctors refused to euthanize mentally ill patients who were otherwise healthy.

Yet the Liberals are also moving to extend euthanasia to children, raising further alarm about where the program is headed.

Euthanasia is now ranked as the sixth leading cause of death in Canada.

However, Statistics Canada does not list it among the nation’s top 10.

Instead, the agency counts only the illnesses that led patients to request assisted suicide, not the lethal injection itself, as the cause of death.

Bill Gates’s vision of controlling the global food supply through synthetic “meat” is crumbling before his eyes.

Beyond first hit grocery shelves in 2013, selling $10 packs of meatless patties branded with a cartoon cow in a cape.

By 2019, the company had become the face of the globalists’ “meatless future,” hailed as the climate-friendly replacement for cattle farming.

Its IPO stock price soared more than 350 percent, with fast food giants scrambling to test the craze.

McDonald’s added Beyond patties, Dunkin’ launched a breakfast sandwich, and Burger King hyped the “Impossible Whopper.”

It also emerged that the products were up to twenty-five times worse for the environment than real meat, putting off the industry’s target customers.

“The problem for Beyond Meat is that the company is not living up to its own hype.

Druse Neumann was killed via lethal medication after his daughter convinced him it would be “romantic” to join his wife Eva in a double assisted suicide.

Corinne Gregory Sharpe has admitted she persuaded her elderly father, who was not terminally ill, to undergo euthanasia alongside her mother, who was seriously ill.

The couple was killed under Washington’s Death with Dignity Act, which went into effect in 2008.

The law allows state residents with terminal illnesses to die with lethal doses of drugs.

The news is raising new concerns about how euthanasia is being normalized and even romanticized in American culture.

Amazingly, the story is being glorified by the corporate media.

Sharpe detailed the ordeal in an interview with People Magazine, explaining how her 92-year-old mother, diagnosed with aortic stenosis, was eventually put forward for assisted suicide.

Her father, who had suffered a prior stroke but was not terminal, grew fearful of living alone without his wife.

Sharpe said she convinced him to join his wife in dying, describing the plan as a “solution.”

“I had a very interesting, serious heart-to-heart conversation with him one evening after my mom had gone to bed,” Sharpe recalled.

“And he was just panicked like, ‘What happens to me if she goes first?’

“That’s always been a concern of his.

“He couldn’t see a scenario where he would want to continue if mom was gone.”

Sharpe admitted her father was “always afraid of dying.

“But I think he was more afraid of being left alone.

“He was like, ‘Well, if she’s gonna go and I have the option to go at the same time, then I’m getting on that horse.’

“So I was like, look, we’ll figure something out.”

Despite not being terminal, Sharpe was able to get her father approved for assisted suicide.

She described it as “a race” to have her dad euthanized before his health declined.

A Chilling “Final Toast”

Sharpe described spending her parents’ last weeks together hosting dinners, cooking favorite meals, and reminiscing.

When the lethal drugs arrived, she even took a selfie with the deliveryman and later joked about choosing Friday the 13th as the date of death.

“The counselors prepared the cocktail,” Sharpe told People.

“We sat around and shared some private moments together.

“They got to sit in their own bed and hold hands with each other and talk before they were able to take the meds.

“We put music on and they took the cocktail.

“Then we poured a glass of wine, and we had a final toast.

“About 10 minutes after they drank it, they went to sleep.”

Her parents died on August 13, 2021.

The Reality Behind the “Romance”

While the media often portrays couple-assisted suicides as touching or dignified, medical experts warn that the reality is often far different.

Dr. Joel Zivot, an anesthesiology professor at Emory School of Medicine who has studied euthanasia and executions, explained the grim reality of the drugs used.

“[F]or both euthanasia and executions, paralytic drugs are used,” he wrote in The Spectator.

“These drugs, given in high enough doses, mean that a patient cannot move a muscle, cannot express any outward or visible sign of pain.

“But that doesn’t mean that he or she is free from suffering.”

He added: “People who want to die deserve to know that they may end up drowning, not just falling asleep.”

A 2021 study published in Anesthesia similarly found that many patients who underwent assisted suicide endured prolonged, painful deaths.

Some took over 30 hours to die; others lingered for a week.

Reports from trial drug cocktails included patients screaming in pain as their throats and mouths burned.

The same drugs deemed too inhumane for use in lethal injections have now been repurposed for assisted suicide.

Sharpe described her parents’ deaths as serene, but the broader reality of euthanasia is far more troubling.

What once was considered tragic is now being reframed as romantic and noble.

Yet suicide, critics note, is neither dignified nor peaceful.

Republican Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) will introduce legislation this week that would bar Affordable Care Act (ACA) healthcare plans from covering abortion procedures and gender transition treatments for minors.

The U.S. Supreme Court has declined to hear a case brought by Colorado parents over the local public middle school’s policy to not inform parents about their children’s “gender transition” decisions.

The case was declined on procedural grounds.

The SCOTUS agreed with the lower courts that the case was not brought correctly on the proper grounds.

Lower courts dismissed the case against Wellington Middle School in Poudre School District R-1 on procedural grounds before considering it on the merits.

Parents wanted to challenge “District Secrecy Policies” that said teachers and administrators could keep a child’s so-called “gender transition” a secret from the students’ families.

The policy is not to inform parents that the child was “identifying” as a “different gender,” and even taking on a different name at school.

Parents argued that the policy violates the Fourteenth Amendment’s Due Process Clause by denying them parental rights to be informed and make decisions for their children.

The school district’s attorneys argued that the petitioners were seeking “an advisory opinion that would fail to afford them any relief from the rulings below, and this is the wrong case to consider whether a public school employee’s alleged discouraged disclosure regarding gender identity and expression implicates a fundamental right.”

The parents argue that the case involves 12 and 13-year-old children who are generally quite immature and whose ideas about gender identity are often changeable.

It’s widely regarded that schools should not be allowed to hide this or any other information from parents, who have the right to make these decisions for their children.

While even the most conservative justices on the court agreed with the ruling, Justice Samuel Alito encouraged lower courts not to avoid similar cases that did not have the procedural hurdles this one does.

“I concur in the denial of certiorari because petitioners do not challenge the ground for the ruling below,” Alito wrote.

“But I remain concerned that some federal courts are tempted to avoid confronting a particularly contentious constitutional question: whether a school district violates parents’ fundamental rights when, without parental knowledge or consent, it encourages a student to transition to a new gender or assists in that process.

“Petitioners tell us that nearly 6,000 public schools have policies—as respondent allegedly does—that purposefully interfere with parents’ access to critical information about their children’s gender identity choices and school personnel’s involvement in and influence on those choices,” he continued.

“The troubling—and tragic—allegations in this case underscore the great and growing national importance of the question that these parent petitioners present.”

A case like this one definitely needs to be heard, either in a lower court or by the Supreme Court if necessary.

It is unfortunate that this case was bungled procedurally and that the courts will have to wait for some other brave parents to get fed up with the schools taking their power away.

Most good parents know that kids this age are not making a long-term decision when they decide to change their gender identity.

Parents should be the ones deciding how that plays out in their child’s life, not the school.

In an interview with Yahoo Finance, PepsiCo CEO Ramon Laguarta said the company’s goal is to make its snack portfolio cleaner and more nutritious through what it calls “naked” or “NKD” snacks.

“Fiber will be a big trend,” Laguarta said.

“Consumers in the United States have deficiency of fiber, and we’re innovating in fiber.”

According to Fox News, the new formulations of Doritos and Cheetos will eliminate synthetic additives, including the removal of artificial colors and flavors.

This change will impact products such as Doritos Nacho Cheese and Cheetos Crunchy, which currently use dyes like Red 40, Yellow 5, and Yellow 6.

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) announced in April that it is working with major food companies to eliminate petroleum-based dyes by 2026.

The FDA has also endorsed the transition to naturally derived coloring agents.

FDA Commissioner Marty Makary said in a statement earlier this year:

“Today, the FDA is asking food companies to substitute petrochemical dyes with natural ingredients for American children as they already do in Europe and Canada.

“We have a new epidemic of childhood diabetes, obesity, depression, and ADHD.

“Given the growing concerns of doctors and parents about the potential role of petroleum-based food dyes, we should not be taking risks and do everything possible to safeguard the health of our children.”

Health Secretary Kennedy also commented on the reform effort, saying:

“These poisonous compounds offer no nutritional benefit and pose real, measurable dangers to our children’s health and development.”

Board-certified dietitian Kendall Mackintosh told Fox News the decision by PepsiCo represents a positive shift in food manufacturing.

She cited studies linking artificial dyes to inflammation, hyperactivity, and oxidative stress.

“Consumer demand is driving this shift — when we stop buying these products, companies are forced to change,” Mackintosh said.

A review of 27 clinical trials found that roughly 64 percent of the studies identified behavioral issues in children connected to the consumption of artificial dyes.

PepsiCo said the changes will extend beyond Doritos and Cheetos to include other brands like Lay’s and Tostitos.

The products will soon feature ingredient-focused packaging and expanded use of avocado and olive oils.

The company said all U.S. Lay’s products will be free of artificial colors and flavors by the end of this year.

The corporate overhaul marks one of PepsiCo’s largest health-oriented product transitions in recent years.

The move signals a major shift toward cleaner ingredients across its snack portfolio while aligning with federal public health goals.

Disturbing alarm bells are emerging from Japan as some of the nation’s leading medical experts are warning that a deadly lung condition has started spiking among citizens who received Covid mRNA “vaccines.”

Medical experts in Japan are raising urgent red flags after new evidence links the Pfizer mRNA “vaccine” to surging reports of a life-threatening lung inflammation, known as pneumonitis.

A peer-reviewed study into the alarming crisis was led by Dr. Tatsuro Suzuki of Toyokawa City Hospital.

Dr. Suzuki’s team worked in collaboration with Nagoya City University researchers.

The findings of the study were published in the medical journal Respirology Case Reports.

In the study’s paper, the researchers describe the case of a 77-year-old man.

The patient nearly died of a sudden acute respiratory failure just two days after receiving his third Covid mRNA shot.

The case shook doctors to the core.

The patient, who had no prior history of lung disease or allergies, developed sudden and severe breathing difficulties within 48 hours of “vaccination.”

Chest CT scans revealed ground-glass opacities, a hallmark of aggressive immune-driven lung inflammation.

Lab work showed extremely high levels of IL-6 and IL-8.

IL-6 and IL-8 are cytokines known as “fire-starters” of systemic inflammation.

The man’s immune system appeared to go into overdrive, resembling the same runaway inflammation seen in cytokine storms.

He was rushed onto a ventilator and only survived thanks to emergency steroid pulse therapy and two weeks of intensive care.

Doctors confirmed that no infectious cause was present, not even COVID-19 itself.

The only trigger was the Pfizer mRNA “vaccine.”

Alarming new documents have revealed that Pfizer uncovered evidence that its Covid mRNA “vaccine” spread to vital organs via “systemic biodistribution,” but the pharmaceutical giant scrubbed the findings from its submission to the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

A shocking new analysis has revealed that Pfizer intentionally withheld the critical biodistribution data from U.S. regulators.

It raises grave concerns about how Covid “vaccines” were reviewed and authorized at the height of the pandemic before being rolled out for public use.

Canadian immunologist Dr. Byram Bridle compared documents submitted to the FDA with filings to Japanese regulators and discovered that key evidence showing how parts of the Pfizer-“vaccine” spread throughout the body was edited, cropped, and in some cases redacted before being sent to U.S. officials.

Bridle’s findings, released October 4 by Dr. Robert Malone, suggest that both Pfizer and the FDA were aware of the broader spread of the vaccine in animal studies, but suppressed the evidence.

“The findings of this report raise serious questions about the integrity of the health regulatory process during the declared COVID-19 pandemic,” Bridle concluded.

Edited and Cropped Images

The animal studies tracked how a surrogate version of the mRNA vaccine spread in mice using a glowing enzyme called luciferase.

Japanese regulators were given full-body images showing the product traveled not only to the injection site but also to the liver, kidneys, and adrenal glands.

The FDA, by contrast, received cropped and toned-down images that concealed evidence of systemic spread.

Dr. Malone told The Epoch Times that the images appear to have been manipulated “to hide the fact that the biodistribution was much broader than the initial narrative that was promoted, which is that it stays at the site of injection and draining lymph nodes.”

“That was clearly a lie,” Malone said.

“And it was a lie that we now know was supported by editing data that were presented to the FDA.”

Redacted Graphs, Withheld Evidence

Even more troubling, graphs showing how long the vaccine material persisted in the mice were partially redacted in the FDA documents but left intact in the Japanese submissions.

The unedited graphs showed that vaccine components remained above background levels for at least nine days, directly contradicting Pfizer’s claim that they quickly disappeared.

Bridle called the FDA version a “bald-faced lie” designed to shield the truth from scrutiny.

Moderna Also Used Surrogate Testing

Pfizer wasn’t alone, however.

Moderna also avoided running biodistribution tests on the exact vaccine later cleared for public use.

Instead, the company submitted studies of a “different vaccine” to regulators.

Those studies also showed spread into organs, including the spleen, liver, heart, and even brain tissue.

Yet Moderna executives still told advisers that the mRNA “primarily” stayed near the injection site.

Human Data Now Contradicts Official Narrative

Health agencies like the CDC long claimed the mRNA and spike protein were broken down and cleared from the body within days.

But newer research has detected spike protein in human tissues for months, and in some cases, years after vaccination.

A Japanese study published this spring found spike protein lodged in cerebral arteries up to 17 months post-injection.

Other studies have confirmed persistence in lymph nodes, the heart, and the central nervous system.

Dr. Charlotte Kuperwasser of Tufts University said regulators should never have accepted surrogate testing instead of the actual vaccines.

She warned that the lack of reproductive safety studies, especially in pregnant animals, was “deeply troubling.”

“There needs to be careful reevaluation of these products in general, but most importantly in the reproductive setting,” Kuperwasser said.

Fallout: CDC and FDA Backtrack

Under orders from Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy earlier this year, the CDC stopped recommending Covid shots for healthy children and pregnant women, citing potential risks.

The FDA has since revoked broad emergency authorization, limiting use to older and high-risk groups.

Even FDA officials now admit that spike protein persistence may be tied to long-term health problems, including so-called “long Covid.”

But for many, the revelations confirm what critics warned from the start: health regulators and Big Pharma were not honest about where these shots go in the body and how long they last.
