Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Tulsi Gabbard is doubling down on her explosive revelation that officials in the Obama administration politicized intelligence to set the stage for what she describes as a “years-long coup” against President Donald Trump following his 2016 election victory.

In a Wednesday appearance on “Jesse Watters Primetime,” Gabbard detailed the ongoing resistance she’s facing from within the intelligence community (IC).

She suggested that there are still “deep state” elements trying to keep her findings from the American public.

Gabbard expressed frustration that some figures within the IC are working to prevent this vital information from “seeing the light of day.”

“There are a lot of deep state actors still here within Washington,” Gabbard said.

“President Trump wants us to find the truth.

“I want to find that truth,” she noted.

“The American people deserve the truth, and they deserve accountability, which is why I’m really glad to see that Attorney General Pam Bondi and the Department of Justice announced the creation of a strike force team today.”

The former Democratic congresswoman went on to emphasize that her team has gathered more intelligence and evidence, with further revelations on the horizon.

In response, an Obama spokesperson issued a rare statement denouncing Gabbard’s allegations as “outrageous” and “bizarre,” calling them a weak attempt at distraction.

The spokesperson pointed to a 2020 report by the bipartisan Senate Intelligence Committee, led by then-Senator Marco Rubio.

The report concluded that Russia did attempt to influence the 2016 election but did not successfully manipulate votes.

While the report confirmed Russian interference in the election, it found no evidence of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

The committee focused on Russian efforts to undermine confidence in U.S. democratic institutions, including the hacking of the Democratic National Committee’s emails.

In addition, intelligence has emerged that Russia preferred then-Democrat presidential candidate Hillary Clinton over Trump.

Despite the pushback, Gabbard remains resolute in her efforts, sending a criminal referral to the Department of Justice regarding the declassified documents.

Republican Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) is demanding a thorough investigation into what he calls a “years-long coup” against President Donald Trump.

The call from Jordan comes after newly declassified documents from Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard shed light on the actions of the Obama administration in the aftermath of the 2016 presidential election.

Appearing on “The First” with host Jesse Kelly, Jordan, who chairs the House Judiciary Committee, emphasized the importance of pursuing the probe to its fullest extent.

The documents Gabbard released last week revealed the deep involvement of top Obama administration officials in orchestrating the false narrative that Trump colluded with Russia during the 2016 campaign, a claim that was later debunked.

However, when Kelly asked if those involved in the plot would face consequences, Jordan emphasized that it would be up to the attorney general and the Justice Department to decide how to proceed.

“That’s going to be up to the attorney general and the Justice Department,” Jordan said.

“But I think this is something that has to be pursued.

“We’ll see what Pam [Bondi] decides to do.

“First gather the evidence, do the investigation.

“I think you have a lot, that’s why the Director of National Intelligence turned that information over to the Justice Department.”

Jordan went on to stress that while Republicans should not be “vengeful,” accountability is critical.

“I do think what I just described, I believe that happened just as sure as I’m talking to you, Jesse.

“What I described is wrong. Wrong as wrong can be.

“So I am all for the Justice Department using every means they can to go after these people, within the law, within what’s fair, what’s the right thing to do, but I do think they should do it…

“I do think it should be pursued to the fullest extent,” Jordan added.

In response to allegations, a spokesperson for former President Barack Obama, Patrick Rodenbush, quickly dismissed the allegations.

In a statement posted to X, Rodenbush referred to the claims as “outrageous” and “ridiculous,” dismissing them as a “weak attempt at distraction.”

“Our office does not normally dignify the constant nonsense and misinformation flowing out of this White House with a response,” Rodenbush wrote.

“But these claims are outrageous enough to merit one.

“These bizarre allegations are ridiculous and a weak attempt at distraction.”

Rodenbush also argued that a 2020 Senate Intelligence Committee report, which concluded that Russia sought to influence the 2016 election but did not successfully manipulate votes, reaffirmed the validity of the Obama administration’s position.

He added that the report was led by then-Chairman Marco Rubio (R-FL).

Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard has fired back at Barack Obama after the former president issued a rare statement in response to the bombshell evidence released related to the anti-Trump Russia Hoax.

The statement follows President Donald Trump’s assertion that Obama was the “ringleader” of the Russia collusion hoax.

While speaking with the media during a White House meeting, Trump said:

However, a declassified presidential briefing from December 2016 sheds light on Obama’s knowledge that the Russia collusion narrative was a hoax.
