The directive instructed employers not to log Covid injection-related adverse events, even when the injuries were serious enough to force employees off the job.

Instead of ensuring transparency, OSHA openly admitted it didn’t want to create “the appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination.”

In plain terms, injuries from the shots were buried to protect the “vaccine” rollout by maintaining the “safe and effective” narrative.

“This is especially inflammatory,” said whistleblower Zowe Smith, a former medical coder in Arizona.

“It’s an admission they know the vaccine is not safe and carries a risk of injury serious enough to affect one’s ability to work.”

The policy stayed in place until February 2025.

A Federal Cover-Up

On its website, OSHA explicitly told employers:

“OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination …

“As a result, OSHA does not intend to enforce … recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination.”

That page has since been quietly deleted, but archived versions prove it existed.

Legal experts and medical professionals say the exemption concealed the true scale of vaccine harm, denied workers informed consent, and shielded corporations from liability.

“This was not a passive oversight, but an active, deliberate policy to manipulate public perception,” said attorney Greg Glaser. “It was a scandal — a federal agency prioritizing propaganda over safety.”

Charlene Delfico of the FormerFedsGroup Freedom Foundation called it “proof of a cover-up.”

“By silencing injury reports, OSHA denied workers their rights, erased their suffering, and protected Big Pharma.

“This was institutionalized gaslighting.”

Vaccine Injuries Erased From the Record

Unlike with other vaccines, such as smallpox, OSHA refused to track COVID-19 shot reactions.

Employers weren’t cited for ignoring cases, even when workers ended up permanently disabled.

Nurse Danielle Baker, permanently injured after being coerced into the shot, said OSHA’s directive showed “blatant disregard” for worker safety.

Cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough said the move destroyed informed consent.

“Because the main goal of the CDC and OSHA was to increase vaccination rates, the agencies were biased and hid safety information from the public,” McCullough said.

Scott Tips, president of the National Health Federation, agreed:

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is facing fresh scrutiny after a new official report from the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) accused the agency of failing to properly monitor Covid “vaccine” risks.

The report accuses the CDC of blurring the line between safety oversight and “vaccine” promotion.

Following an investigation, NASEM determined that the CDC failed to warn the public of serious health risks associated with the experimental injections.

The report warns that the CDC must “protect ISO’s independence” by insulating its Immunization Safety Office (ISO) from units that push vaccination campaigns, citing persistent public concerns that risk assessments were compromised by political agendas.

“CDC should protect ISO’s independence, keeping the office operationally and administratively insulated from units in CDC that carry out promotion or policymaking activities,” the report states.

The report is titled “Vaccine Risk Monitoring and Evaluation at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (2025).”

NASEM reviewed how the ISO handled “vaccine” safety during the Covid mRNA shot rollout.

While it credited the office with identifying some adverse events, it also revealed gaps in transparency, timeliness, and consistency.

No Mention of CDC’s Delay on Myocarditis Warning

Among the glaring omissions: NASEM sidestepped the fact that the CDC withheld the myocarditis risk from the public for six months, despite early reports in its own systems.

Even more damning, the report concedes that the ISO’s published studies and CDC messaging were consistently tilted toward vaccine promotion, fueling public perception of bias.

Cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough, who raised early alarms on vaccine-induced myocarditis, said NASEM’s critique validates what whistleblowers and independent scientists have long argued.

“Because the main goal of the CDC was to increase vaccination rates, the agency was biased and did not bring forward important safety information on a timely basis,” McCullough said.
