Blogger Comment: Will this be beneficial for the people…most probably NOT…as ‘X’ is one, if not the top ‘Shadow Banning ‘ social media platform in the world that is out there and where they basically do it for the Globalist elites to cover up what they are really doing and where one of Musk’s first things was to put in charge of ‘X’ a woman with a long history within the Globalists circle and reach…and just one of the many genuine reasons I think Musk may be something else…but where only time will tell and will the people suffer at his hand or not…but definitely these Globalist controlled media empires will not tell us anything about the real Truth that’s going on and that means anything…now that’s nailed on 100%…but there is a big question about Musk’s mindset and what’s in his head…is he good or evil like the Globalist elites where Ellison is one of them in the big boys Globalist ring, but only a doer, not a top elite Globalist as there are very few of them…

Elon Musk has become a part-owner of CNN and CBS News through a massive $1 billion deal, sending shockwaves through the liberal corporate media.
Musk bought a stake in David Ellison’s media empire, the new parent company of CNN and CBS, according to Semafor.
The move puts one of CNN’s fiercest critics inside the ownership structure of the left-wing network he has spent years challenging.
Musk’s investment follows Skydance’s $110 billion takeover of Warner Bros. Discovery, bringing the billionaire into a sprawling collection of news and entertainment properties that includes CNN, CBS, HBO, Warner Bros., Paramount Pictures, and Nickelodeon.
Musk Gets Financial Stake in CNN
For CNN, the development delivers a striking reversal: Musk is no longer simply an outside adversary.
He now has money invested in the company behind the network.
Skydance completed its Warner Bros. Discovery acquisition on October 6, placing CNN under the control of CEO David Ellison, the son of Oracle billionaire and ally of President Donald Trump, Larry Ellison.
Semafor reported that Musk subsequently injected approximately $1 billion into the newly merged giant.
His precise ownership stake has not been disclosed, and it remains unclear whether the investment grants him board representation.
There is currently no indication that Musk will exercise editorial control over CNN or CBS.
But the transaction puts a prominent opponent of CNN’s left-wing bias among the financial backers of its parent company.
It marks a significant expansion of Musk’s media interests beyond X.
Musk Returns Ellison’s Billion-Dollar Backing
The investment also deepens a powerful alliance between Musk and the Ellison family.
Larry Ellison committed $1 billion to Musk’s $44 billion purchase of Twitter in 2022.
He also bought a significant stake in Tesla in 2018 and served on the automaker’s board until 2022.
Now Musk is backing the Ellisons with a billion-dollar investment of his own as David Ellison builds an enormous media operation.
The financial relationship links Musk’s business empire, which includes Tesla and SpaceX, with the family now controlling two of America’s biggest television news organizations.
Massive Debt Sets Stage for Cost-Cutting
Musk’s arrival comes as the newly combined company faces a staggering debt burden.
Financial filings cited by Variety put that debt at approximately $82.5 billion.
Ellison has outlined plans to deliver at least $6 billion in annual cost savings over the next three years, setting up substantial financial changes across the expanded operation.
Neither Musk nor Skydance has publicly commented on the reported investment.
The unanswered question is how much influence Musk’s billion dollars will buy.
His board role and any involvement in editorial decisions remain undisclosed.
What has changed is his position: one of CNN’s most outspoken critics now owns an indirect stake in the media empire behind it.
