Banker Found Dead After Blowing Whistle on Epstein Links

Blogger Comment: I thought that people died undermysterious circmstances under Obama and Biden, but it appears that all US presidents have this disease…including TRumpo…and everything that shines is not gold…

.

A British banker who exposed emails linking Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick to Jeffrey Epstein has been found dead, leaving unanswered questions about the circumstances of his mysterious sudden death.

Simon Andriesz uncovered communications about a startup involving Lutnick and Epstein and brought his findings to the House Oversight Committee.

Now, the former financial executive is dead.

Just like Epstein, who was found dead in his jail cell while awaiting trial on child sex trafficking charges, Andriesz’s death is shrouded in mystery.

No official cause of death has been released.

Transparency Task Force founder Andy Agathangelou confirmed that Andriesz died on September 25.

“It is with great sadness that we share the news that Simon Andriesz, a valued member of our community, passed away last week,” Agathangelou said.

Andriesz was associated with the watchdog organization, which monitors financial services companies.

Massie Confirms Whistleblower’s Death

Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) also announced the death, highlighting Andriesz’s work uncovering the communications.

In a post on X, Massie wrote:

“Andriesz, the British banker who uncovered 2018 emails linking Howard Lutnick to Jeffrey Epstein’s Adfin investment and took them to House Oversight, has died at age 57.

“BBC reported his findings.

“Lutnick later admitted to visiting the island but not the business dealings.”

The death comes months after Andriesz first flagged the emails in February 2026.

His findings subsequently received coverage from the BBC in July and intensified scrutiny of Lutnick’s relationship with the disgraced financier.

Cause of Death Remains Unconfirmed

The Banker reported that Andriesz died by suicide.

However, neither Agathangelou nor Massie identified a cause of death in their announcements, and no official cause has been released.

The location and circumstances of his death have not been publicly established in the available account.

There is also no established evidence connecting his death to his disclosures about Lutnick and Epstein.

Authorities have only confirmed that Andriesz was found dead.

What remains unanswered is how the banker died after bringing previously undisclosed communications to congressional attention.

Emails Challenged Lutnick’s Account

Andriesz previously worked at BGC Partners, a company within Lutnick’s business group.

According to the BBC, he was dismissed after reporting accounting irregularities that the company denied.

His subsequent investigation uncovered 2018 emails between Lutnick and Epstein discussing a startup with which both men were associated.

Andriesz first flagged the correspondence in February.

The BBC covered the findings after the emails were confirmed in Epstein files released by the Justice Department.

Those files also revealed that Andriesz had spoken to the FBI in 2020 and 2021 about Lutnick and Epstein.

Lutnick had previously said he met Epstein only once.

The emails challenged that account and prompted accusations that the commerce secretary had failed to fully disclose the extent of the relationship.

Congressional Scrutiny Followed

The disclosures led to a House Oversight Committee hearing involving Lutnick.

All 21 Democratic members of the committee called for his resignation.

Andriesz’s findings placed documented communications at the center of questions about Lutnick’s past dealings with Epstein.

Months later, the banker who brought those emails forward was found dead.

The Banker has reported suicide, but an official cause of death remains unreleased, leaving the circumstances surrounding Andriesz’s death unresolved.
