The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is blasting NBC News for omitting key details about a violent criminal history in its coverage of an illegal alien’s arrest in California.
An NBC News affiliate described the illegal alien as an “undocumented father” while leaving out his shocking rap sheet, which includes arrests for battery and child sex abuse.
The controversy erupted after NBC Bay Area aired a sympathetic segment on the arrest of 42-year-old Gerardo Rojas-Leyva.
Rojas-Leyva was detained by federal agents in San Jose as he was leaving for work.
“According to the family’s Ring video, Gerardo was in his black truck at 7:45 a.m., about to head out to his construction job when multiple people, who appear to be federal officers, approached his truck and yelled for him to get out,” the report read.
The station added that the suspect’s wife, Idalia, who said she is a U.S. citizen, ran outside to intervene.
“She said a woman, not in uniform, hit her 22-year-old daughter with a baton — the incident, however, is not shown on the footage,” the affiliate reported.
But DHS officials say NBC’s reporting left out crucial information, namely, that Rojas-Leyva is an illegal alien from Mexico with a serious criminal record, including crimes involving a child and domestic violence.
DHS: NBC “Refuses to Tell the American Public” the Truth
Assistant DHS Secretary Tricia McLaughlin publicly rebuked the network in a post on X, accusing it of misleading viewers.
“Of course @NBCNews refuses to tell the American public that this illegal alien from Mexico has a rap sheet that includes: lewd and lascivious acts with a CHILD, battery of a spouse, domestic battery, compensation for prostitution, felony reentry after removal,” McLaughlin wrote.
In a detailed statement, McLaughlin confirmed that federal agents arrested Rojas-Leyva, who has been deported previously and re-entered the United States illegally.
“Rojas-Leyva’s criminal history includes lewd and lascivious acts with a child of 14-15 years old, battery of a spouse, inflicting corporal injury on a spouse/cohabitant, and providing compensation for prostitution,” McLaughlin said.
She added that the suspect resisted arrest and refused to identify himself, forcing an officer to deploy a taser before taking him into custody.
“Under President Trump and Secretary Noem, if you break the law, you will face the consequences,” McLaughlin warned.
“Criminal illegal aliens are not welcome in the U.S.”
NBC’s Pattern of Misleading Coverage
McLaughlin also pointed out that this is not the first time NBC has been accused of smearing federal immigration officers.
Earlier this year, the network ran a report alleging that ICE agents used a 5-year-old girl with autism to pressure her father, an illegal immigrant from Guatemala, to surrender.
McLaughlin blasted the story as a deliberate distortion.
“Keep in mind, these men and women of ICE are fathers and mothers, and they are sons and daughters,” she said on Fox & Friends.
“These are people who just want to go home to their families at night and serve our great nation.”
“It was a disgusting smear of ICE agents,” she added.

DHS officials emphasized that federal agents will continue enforcing immigration law despite media criticism and activist pushback.

The new system is called Epidemic Intelligence from Open Sources 2.0 (EIOS).
It is being presented as an upgrade in global health monitoring.
However, critics warn that it represents a far more concerning evolution.
The platform will serve as a fusion of disease tracking, information control, and social surveillance powered by artificial intelligence.
AI-Powered “Epidemic Intelligence”
Developed in partnership with the European Commission’s Joint Research Centre (JRC), EIOS 2.0 scours the internet for “signals” of “misinformation” in the public’s social media posts and comments.
The WHO argues that members of the public repeating “misinformation” should be viewed as potential health threats.
According to the WHO, the platform automatically analyzes social media posts, websites, and news outlets to detect early warnings of disease outbreaks.
However, EIOS’s scope goes well beyond viruses and vaccines.
The WHO’s own documentation admits that the system incorporates tools for “News Article Credibility Detection” and “Misinformation Classification.”
That means the same AI designed to track emerging epidemics is also being trained to flag, filter, and categorize information online.

The WHO’s collaboration with the JRC links EIOS to the “Misinfo Classifier.”

In a bombshell report, investigative journalist Asra Nomani sounds the alarm about a chilling campaign to normalize the euthanasia of minors.

In the report, Nomani uncovers what she describes as a multimillion-dollar global industry to target children. Nomani calls this coordinated movement, which seeks to urge children to embrace euthanasia, “Assisted Suicide Inc.”
“A Fox Digital investigation reveals opponents of euthanasia face a multimillion-dollar global lobby that could be called Assisted Suicide Inc. — a sprawling network changing laws worldwide, developing euthanasia services for funeral parlors, selling ‘suicide pods,’ promoting ‘suicide tourism’ and even training ‘doulas for death,’” Nomani wrote.
Her report, titled “‘Untold Damage’: Global Assisted Suicide Movement Targets Children,” documents how well-funded advocacy groups are now campaigning to extend assisted suicide laws to minors.

Nomani found that Belgium, Canada, the Netherlands, Colombia, Luxembourg, Spain, New Zealand, Australia, and 11 U.S. states already permit euthanasia or “physician-assisted suicide” under various conditions.

“When the IARC report was published in 2015, evidence linking processed meat to cancer was strong,” Turesky said.
“A decade later, it is even stronger, and many preventable cancers have likely occurred.
“The evidence now calls for public health action.”
Researchers say the combination of nitrates and certain processing methods used in meats like bacon, ham, and sausages can create carcinogenic compounds when consumed.
Up to 90 percent of store-bought bacon in the U.S. contains nitrites, which scientists have linked not only to colorectal cancer but also to breast and prostate cancers.
The coalition is urging the federal government to fund a transition to safer alternatives already used by some smaller producers who make “nitrite-free” or “uncured” bacon, now a small but growing segment of the market.
Professor Elliott said that the meat industry has no excuse for inaction.
“Manufacturers should adopt natural curing alternatives already proven safe and effective,” he said.
“Every year of delay means more preventable cancer, more families affected, and greater strain on healthcare systems.”
Health experts emphasize that the concern lies specifically with processed and chemically treated meats, not with fresh, high-quality, pasture-raised meat.
Unprocessed beef, pork, and poultry that are naturally sourced and properly cooked remain nutritious and safe to eat, providing essential proteins, vitamins, and minerals.
Nutritionists continue to recommend well-sourced meat as part of a balanced diet, while limiting or avoiding industrially processed meats that rely on chemical preservatives.
Both the American Institute for Cancer Research and the World Cancer Research Fund recommend eating very little, if any, processed meat, citing its strong association with cancer risk.
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) lists colorectal cancer as the second leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States.
Common symptoms include changes in bowel habits, persistent diarrhea or constipation, abdominal pain, unexplained weight loss, and blood in the stool.
Recent global data has also revealed a troubling trend, showing that colon cancer is rising sharply among younger adults, particularly those under 50.

Critics are calling the chilling new system, which is driven by artificial intelligence (AI), one of the most dangerous censorship tools in the Western Hemisphere.
The publicly funded project is designed to monitor, track, and criminally prosecute citizens who question radical ideology.
Branded the “Platform of Respect,” the initiative was launched by Brazil’s Ministry of Human Rights in partnership with the NGO Aliança Nacional LGBTI+.
It is funded with R$300,000 ($56K) in taxpayer money through a parliamentary amendment from Erika Hilton, a self-identified transgender politician.
The government claims the program will combat “disrespect,” “hate speech,” and “disinformation.”
But free speech advocates warn it is actually a direct attack on dissent.
The scheme creates a surveillance network that criminalizes speech and thought not aligned with state-sanctioned ideology.
Platform of Respect
At the center of the system is an artificial intelligence program named Aletheia.
According to its website, Aletheia is designed to “track the origin of disinformation, report its impact, and enable accountability for authors and disseminators.”
In practice, the AI is being used to flag citizens who allegedly “misgender” public figures or make statements contradicting gender ideology.
Such offenses can now lead to lengthy prison sentences under the socialist government of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva.

NanoDrop Analysis – This technique uses UV spectrometry to measure the combined levels of DNA and RNA in the vaccine. While it provides an initial assessment, it tends to overestimate DNA concentrations due to interference from RNA, even when RNA-removal kits are utilized.
Qubit Analysis – For more precise measurements, the researchers relied on the Qubit system, which quantifies double-stranded DNA using fluorometric dye.
Both methods confirmed the presence of DNA contamination far above permissible thresholds.
Kevin McKernan, a former director of the Human Genome Project, described the findings as a “bombshell.”
In a statement, he blasted the FDA for its lack of transparency.
“These findings are significant not just for what they reveal but for what they suggest has been concealed from public scrutiny,” McKernan said.
“Why has the FDA kept these data under wraps?”
In addition to genome integration, McKernan highlighted another potential cancer-causing mechani
sm of DNA contamination in the vaccines.
He explained that plasmid DNA fragments entering the cell’s cytoplasm with the help of lipid nanoparticles could overstimulate the cGAS-STING pathway.
The cGAS-STING pathway is a crucial component of the innate immune response.
“Chronic activation of the cGAS-STING pathway could paradoxically fuel cancer growth,” McKernan warned.
“Repeated exposure to foreign DNA through COVID-19 boosters may amplify this risk over time, creating conditions conducive to cancer development.”
Adding to the controversy, traces of the SV40 promoter were detected among the DNA fragments.
While the authors concluded that these fragments were “non-replication-competent” meaning they cannot replicate in humans, McKernan disagreed.
“To assert that the DNA fragments are non-functional, they would need to transfect mammalian cells and perform sequencing, which wasn’t done here,” McKernan stated.
“Moreover, the methods used in this study don’t effectively capture the full length of DNA fragments,” he added.
“A more rigorous sequencing analysis could reveal SV40 fragments several thousand base pairs long, which would likely be functional.”
McKernan has been one of the leading voices sounding the alarm over the cancer-causing DNA in the Covid “vaccines.”
As Slay News previously reported, McKernan issued a warning to the public last month after discovering traces of Covid mRNA “vaccines” in the rapidly developing cancerous tumors of turbo cancer patients.
Dr. McKernan, a genomics scientist with 25 years of experience in his field, made the discovery during experiments in his Boston lab.
McKernan gene-sequenced a cancerous tumor, matching the genetic sequence to Pfizer’s Covid mRNA injection.
The discovery is being hailed as definitive proof that Covid mRNA “vaccines” cause cancer.
“We’re in the stage where we’re scanning through tumors to look for integration events and looking for evidence of this in cancer biopsies,” McKernan said.
“And we can find them now.”
“They found one that had really high spike [protein] sent to us for sequencing.
“And we can find components of Pfizer’s vaccines inside this thing a year after vaccination.”
Immunology Professor Nikolai Petrovsky, the director of Vaxine Pty Ltd, described the findings from the new FDA study as a “smoking gun.”
“It clearly shows the FDA was aware of these data,” Petrovsky notes.
“Given that these studies were conducted in their own labs under the supervision of their own scientists, it would be hard to argue they were unaware.”
Prof Petrovsky praised the quality of work carried out by the students at the FDA labs.
“The irony is striking,” he remarked.
“These students performed essential work that the regulators failed to do.
“It’s not overly complicated—we shouldn’t have had to rely on students to conduct tests that were the regulators’ responsibility in the first place.”
The SV40 promoter is a DNA sequence derived from the Simian Virus 40 that enhances gene expression in eukaryotic cells by driving the transcription of genes placed under its control.
A growing number of leading experts have warned that SV40 is causing cancers to surge among the Covid-vaccinated.
SV40 has been linked to cancer in humans, including mesotheliomas, lymphomas, and cancers of the brain and bone.
The study comes amid increasing warnings that Covid mRNA injections cause cancer.
A world-renowned professor of oncology has issued a chilling warning about Covid mRNA “vaccines” after concluding that the “evil” injections have triggered a global “explosion” in cases of deadly “turbo cancers.”
The warning was issued by Angus Dalgleish, a professor of oncology at St George’s, University of London, as Slay News reported.
Prof. Dalgleish, who is best known for his groundbreaking contributions to HIV/AIDS research, raised the alarm during an international forum of experts investigating the mass Covid vaccination campaign.
He warned that he has seen an “explosion” of deadly “turbo cancers” in his patients who have received Covid mRNA injections.
While addressing the Medical Doctors for Covid Ethics International forum, founded by Dr. Stephen Frost and moderated by Charles Kovess, Dalgleish told the panel of experts:
“We must stop messenger RNA [mRNA] at all costs… it’s not only mad, it’s evil.”
As Slay News previously reported, documents have also emerged showing that Moderna has always known that the pharmaceutical giant’s Covid mRNA shots cause cancer.
Last year, a world-renowned vaccine expert presented evidence during congressional testimony showing that Moderna knew of the cancer links.
Dr. Robert Malone, the inventor of mRNA vaccine technology, testified during a hearing on Capitol Hill led by Republican Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA).
During his testimony, Malone presented the patent for Moderna’s Covid vaccine.
Moderna’s patent shows that its COVID-19 vaccine vials contain billions of DNA fragments.
Those fragments, along with other contaminants, are linked to birth defects and cancer, Malone explained.
In the patent, Moderna admits that contaminants in the shots cause cancer.
“Moderna has a patent on the use of RNA for vaccines,” Malone told the hearing.
“And in that, Moderna explicitly acknowledges that RNA is superior to DNA for vaccine purposes because of problems, including the possibility of insertional mutagenesis that could lead to the activation of oncogenes or the inactivation of tumor suppressor genes.
“FDA says they’re not aware of any concerns, but Moderna in its own patent lays out exactly the same concerns that exist about DNA in insertional mutagenesis and genotoxicity.
“So, Moderna knows it – DNA is a contaminant.
“It is left in because of the way they make it … they use DNA to make RNA, and then they degrade the DNA, and then they have to purify the degraded DNA away from the RNA.
“And the process they are using is apparently not that good.”
Now that DNA contamination of the mRNA vaccines has been verified in an official federal agency’s laboratory and published in a peer-reviewed journal, it is no longer possible to ignore.

A coalition of Democrat city officials tied to radical billionaire George Soros and other pharmaceutical interests has launched a new campaign demanding that Americans “get vaccinated.”
The group is using fearmongering tactics to warn the public that “deadly outbreaks” will spread if they follow the federal government’s official guidelines on vaccinations.
Critics say the move is designed to seize control over public health messaging as confidence in federal health agencies collapses in deep blue cities.
The Big Cities Health Coalition (BCHC) represents 35 Democrat-controlled major U.S. cities, including New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, and Seattle.
BCHC released an open letter accusing federal officials of spreading “false claims” about “vaccines” and fueling a rise in infectious disease outbreaks.
The group did not provide any evidence to support the claims that disease outbreaks have increased under President Donald Trump’s administration, however.
The letter, first reported by CNN, declared that “vaccines have eradicated devastating diseases and saved millions of lives,” insisting that shots “keep classrooms safe and schools open” and “allow children to spend time with friends.”
Of course, CNN and other corporate media outlets failed to mention who is funding the group or even suggest that BCHC has a hidden agenda.
Behind the coalition’s polished rhetoric lies a vast network of funding connected to Soros, Bill Gates, and Big Pharma itself.
Financial Ties to Soros and Gates
Archived versions of the coalition’s deleted web pages reveal that it was founded in 2002 and is heavily funded by the Open Society Foundations, Soros’s primary political vehicle.
Other major funders include the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, the CDC Foundation, and Kaiser Permanente, all groups with significant ties to pharmaceutical companies.
The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation is also one of the main funders of FactCheck.org, a left-wing propaganda tool that parades as a “fact-checker” to censor conservative viewpoints.
The CDC Foundation’s donor list includes Pfizer, Merck, Johnson & Johnson, and the Gates Foundation, which is a top funder of Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance.
Gavi, which was founded by Bill Gates, partners directly with the World Health Organization (WHO) to promote global immunization campaigns.
In 2022, the Soros Economic Development Fund partnered with Gavi and the U.K.-based broker MedAccess to invest $200 million in new COVID-19 vaccine development, with the Gates Foundation again serving as a key sponsor.
Internal filings also show that the coalition spent nearly $900,000 on “communications” and political engagement in 2023, including outreach to “media and federal policymakers.”
Despite these deep-pocketed backers, the coalition’s website has quietly removed its 2023 and 2024 annual reports, documents that clearly disclosed its financial connections to these global foundations.
“It’s informative to look into the funding of organizations like the Big Cities Health Coalition,” said Dr. Clayton J. Baker, an internal medicine physician.
“They receive support from corporations that fired workers for refusing COVID-19 shots and paid people to get vaccinated. Now they’re back to telling everyone, ‘Just get vaccinated,’ without even saying which ones or why.”
Pushing Blame on the Unvaccinated
In its new letter, the BCHC claimed that “declining vaccination rates” are behind “deadly outbreaks” of diseases such as measles and polio and that these outbreaks are “becoming more frequent.”
HCHC provides no evidence for these claims, and critics say this allegation is false.
Research scientist James Lyons-Weiler, Ph.D., called the coalition’s messaging “a manipulative framing device.”
“Outbreaks of these diseases occur almost exclusively in highly vaccinated populations where immunity has waned,” he said.
“By portraying every outbreak as proof of anti-vaccine rhetoric, the coalition seeks to reclaim moral high ground while ignoring the underlying science.”
Lyons-Weiler said the campaign looks like “the opening salvo in an effort to rebuild centralized narrative control over immunization policy.”
Scrubbing History, Rebuilding Control
The coalition insists its letter is “rooted in data, not ideology.”
But critics point out that its call to “tune out political noise” echoes past efforts by global health organizations to silence dissent.
Dr. Philip Huang, director of Dallas County Health and Human Services and a BCHC member, told CNN the letter was meant to “restore public trust in science.”
He said current CDC leaders appear “driven by political ideology more than actual data.”
But even as the CDC walks back several mandates, including limiting use of the MMRV vaccine for children under four and ending recommendations for thimerosal-containing flu shots, Soros- and Gates-linked groups are doubling down on pro-vaccine messaging.
“The coalition’s statement is embarrassingly inane,” said Dr. Baker.
“They say, ‘We are united behind a simple message: get vaccinated.’
“Vaccinated with what?” he asked.
“They make no distinction between necessary or unnecessary, safe or unsafe, effective or ineffective shots.
“That’s like saying ‘get medicated.’”
A Broader Agenda
The timing of the letter is significant. Fifteen Democratic governors just announced a “Public Health Alliance” to coordinate vaccine messaging outside federal oversight.
Meanwhile, the American Academy of Pediatrics, another group with pharmaceutical funding, is continuing to push COVID shots for infants and young children, despite mounting concerns from parents and doctors.
As the U.S. government under President Donald Trump moves to return vaccine decisions to individuals and their physicians, global health advocates tied to Soros and Gates appear to be regrouping and shifting their message from mandates to moral pressure.
Their new mantra: “Get vaccinated.”

World-renowned cardiologist Dr. Peter McCullough has issued a dire warning after Covid mRNA “vaccine” material has been found in the damaged hearts of people who received the injections.
McCullough is sounding the alarm after multiple peer-reviewed studies confirmed the presence of “vaccine” mRNA in human heart tissue.

Pathologists found diffuse inflammation and spike protein expression in the heart’s muscle cells but no nucleocapsid protein, proving the damage came from vaccine-produced Spike, not from natural infection.
The authors concluded that “mRNA vaccination may rarely trigger an immune-mediated myocarditis,” marking the first published evidence that vaccine-encoded Spike protein can appear in human heart tissue.
Autopsies of adults who died unexpectedly within two weeks of vaccination showed detectable Pfizer and Moderna mRNA sequences in both heart muscle and microvascular endothelium — again with no viral nucleocapsid RNA present. This was the first direct molecular confirmation of mRNA persistence in the human heart.

To accommodate the massive influx of attendees, construction crews have carved an eight-mile, four-lane highway, Avenida Liberdade, directly through a dense section of the Amazon rainforest.
The development has destroyed one of the world’s most critical ecosystems in the name of “climate diplomacy.”
Environmental observers estimate that roughly 100,000 mature trees were logged to complete the project, causing widespread disruption to local wildlife habitats.
“Protecting the Planet” by Destroying It
The revelation has fueled accusations of hypocrisy against the United Nations and its climate conference organizers, who have repeatedly urged developing countries to stop deforestation and cut “carbon emissions.”
Critics argue the very act of bulldozing part of the Amazon, considered a key carbon sink, undermines the UN’s own message.
