A newly released FBI after-action report has revealed that the bureau deployed hundreds of undercover agents to the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021.

However, the previously sealed report shows that many of the FBI agents later admitted they were unsure of their mission or why they were even there.

According to the bombshell report, obtained by Just the News, a total of 274 FBI agents from the agency’s Washington Field Office were present in and around the Capitol on January 6.

That included personnel deployed to the Capitol grounds, inside the building itself, and to investigate the pipe bombs and a red truck believed to contain explosives.

The report, recently sent to the House Judiciary Committee by FBI Director Kash Patel, indicates widespread frustration among agents who felt ill-equipped and unprepared for riot control.

“The initial response of having us again respond to a riot by ‘standing the line’ did not seem appropriate because we do not have the gear, equipment, or training for riot control,” one agent wrote.

Another echoed the same concerns, stating:

“As in June, agents were again deployed onto the streets (specifically around the Capitol) and simply told to stand behind MPD.

“No other direction,” they noted,

“When asked specifically what they were supposed to do or who to check in with, they were told simply that management said to go there, and there was no answer.

“FBI agents do not have training for, nor equipment for, riot control.”

The sheer number of FBI agents present has sparked new questions from congressional investigators.

Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA), who chairs a House Judiciary subcommittee on January 6, demanded answers.

“Why is Congress just finding out there were significantly more FBI assets at the Capitol than previously identified?” Loudermilk asked.

“Were the courts that heard cases regarding January 6 made aware these agents were at the Capitol?

“Were any of the agents tasked to investigate individuals at the Capitol?

‘Were they ever called to testify during the prosecutions of J6 defendants?

“Did any of the former FBI leaders testify about the additional personnel at the Capitol?”

Republicans have long pressed the bureau over what it knew and how it responded during the riot.

An Inspector General’s report previously revealed that the FBI had at least 26 informants in Washington, D.C., on January 6, some of whom themselves committed offenses.

The new report also contained sharp criticism from agents who said the bureau’s response to January 6 was politicized.

One agent wrote that questions were being raised in “my community” about the “different responses” to the 2020 riots compared with Jan. 6.

“We were once an apolitical organization, but I no longer see us as looking from the ground up.

“We have been used as pawns in a political war, and FBI leadership fell into the trap and has allowed it to happen.

“We are supposed to call balls and strikes, regardless of political pressure; now we can’t even be trusted to be on the field,” the agent said.

Another agent went further, blasting the bureau’s double standard:

“The actions on January 6, 2021, were absolutely despicable and unacceptable in a civilized society.

“What is even more unacceptable was the hypocrisy displayed by the FBI and its leadership in their attempt to go after those involved in the Capitol Riots, while we as agents watched cities burn across America during the summer of 2020.”

The revelations add fresh fuel to Republican accusations that the FBI has been weaponized for political purposes and that its leadership treated left-wing violence with kid gloves while aggressively pursuing Jan. 6 defendants.

Yet every major study linking prenatal Tylenol to autism ignored vaccine exposure, creating what Hulscher calls “confounding by indication” that masks the real risk.

“We’ve identified over 100 studies linking vaccines to autism or neurodevelopmental disorders,” Hulscher explained.

“Gut-brain axis, maternal immune activation, genetics, and toxic environmental exposures all matter — but vaccines are the central trigger.”

He cited a groundbreaking population study from Italy following nearly 300,000 residents for 30 months.

Even after adjusting for age, comorbidities, and prior infection, the vaccinated group showed:

• +62% bladder cancer
• +35% colorectal cancer

Nearly every other cancer type also trended upward despite what Hulscher calls the “healthy vaccinee bias,” a distortion that should have masked risk, not revealed it.

“These are not random fluctuations,” he said.

“The data converge on one point,” he concluded.

A massive new study has confirmed what leading experts have been warning about for years, as official data from the European Union has confirmed that Pfizer and Moderna’s Covid mRNA “vaccines” caused huge waves of serious adverse reactions in children.

Yet, despite the troubling findings, establishment scientists are trying to spin the numbers to make the injections appear “safe.”

The study was led by Dr. Grzegorz Nazar of the Medical University of Gdańsk.

However, the rules will only harm law-abiding citizens, as employers who hire illegal aliens are doing so off the books, and won’t require any form of identification.

As such, the digital ID scheme will do nothing to stop illegal foreign workers.

Meanwhile, civil liberties advocates are sounding the alarm that the system represents a dangerous erosion of privacy and a step toward total state control.

Britain remains one of the few European nations without a national ID system.

Most of the rest of Europe is under the control of the globalist European Union, which has been pushing digital IDs for years.

Many view the UK’s lack of national IDs as a safeguard of freedom.

The last time the ruling socialist Labour Party tried to impose ID cards was in 2009.

However, the plan was scrapped by the incoming Conservative-led coalition, which branded the scheme as an “erosion of civil liberties.”

Now, with migration pressures mounting and asylum hotels sparking public outrage, Labour is reviving the scheme under the guise of cracking down on “pull factors.”

Unfortunately for UK citizens, Labour holds a large majority in Parliament, and the next elections are a long way off, meaning Starmer’s leftist government can force through policies without challenge.

Home Secretary Shabana Mahmood has openly endorsed the idea.

Mahmood claims digital ID cards are a tool to clamp down on migration and illegal work.

“I want to make sure that we can clamp down on that,” Mahmood said.

“I do think that a system of digital ID can also help with illegal working enforcement of other laws as well.

“My long-term personal political view has always been in favour of ID cards.”

Critics argue that once such a system is in place, it won’t be limited to employment and housing checks.

Digital IDs could quickly become a requirement for travel, healthcare, banking, and everyday life, effectively giving the government power to track and restrict citizens at will.

Even Labour’s own Yvette Cooper, now foreign secretary, has previously expressed scepticism.

Cooper says she prefers an expansion of e-visas for foreign migrants over sweeping controls on law-abiding British citizens.

But under Starmer, the push for digital identity is accelerating.

What is being sold as a crackdown on illegal migration could instead mark the end of personal freedom and anonymity in the UK.

The news comes after Starmer’s allies in the World Economic Forum (WEF) and United Nations (UN) have long pushed for the general public to be forced into a digital ID system.

As Slay News has reported, Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sanchez called on fellow globalists attending the WEF summit in January to support his plan to restrict access to social media platforms using digital ID technology.

Sanchez laid out his plan during an address before attending the WEF’s annual meeting in Davos, Switzerland.

Spain’s PM urged world leaders, corporate heads, powerful bureaucrats, and other power elites in the Davos audience to unite in an effort to eliminate “anonymity” and “misinformation” online.

Sanchez says he wants to end anonymity on these platforms and replace it with what he calls “pseudonymity.”

The plan involves forcing platforms to link all accounts to a European Digital Identity Wallet.

If adopted, only people with digital IDs would be able to access social media platforms.

Lindsay has, for some time, been one of the most prominent experts warning the public about the long-term impact of the experimental mRNA injections.

In September 2023, Lindsay warned during an explosive testimony that “dangerous” mRNA Covid shots are “contaminated” with “lethal products.”

Dr. Lindsay testified before the South Carolina Senate Medical Affairs Ad-Hoc Committee on pandemic preparedness.

Lindsay was called as an expert witness to testify on the risks associated with rolling out the vaccines for public use.

“Now, the whole SV40 virus is not in the shots,” she explained, “but what is in the shots is a special sequence.

“It’s called a nuclear localization sequence, which is in the shots to take the plasma DNA directly to the nucleus of human cells.

“It is not needed to grow these in bacteria; you would not have to use this to grow it in bacteria for the purpose that they said it was for—to make lots of copies.

“This sequence takes the DNA to the nucleus of human cells where it can then be integrated or where, as [Dr. Phillip Buckhaults] said, it is most likely to be integrated.

“So, all this about, ‘There’s no DNA in the shots, they will not go to the nucleus, they will not integrate with your DNA,’ is not true, and they knew it from the beginning because they knew the plasmids were there.

“That’s a problem.”

Nicole Sirotek, founder of American Frontline Nurses, has revealed that a pregnant liberal is in the hospital fighting for her life after she took a lethal dose of Tylenol to protest against President Donald Trump.

Sirotek says she received a frantic 4 a.m. call from a distraught husband whose pregnant wife is now on a ventilator after overdosing on Tylenol in what she described as a political stunt gone horribly wrong.

According to Sirotek, the woman, who was between 23 and 25 weeks pregnant, attempted to ingest massive amounts of Tylenol to “prove Donald Trump wrong.”

The woman overdosed on the drug in response to the president’s recent remarks linking acetaminophen use during pregnancy to autism.

As Slay News reported, pregnant women have been taking to TikTok to share videos of themselves swallowing handfuls of Tylenol to protest Trump.

On Monday, Trump announced that the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has determined that acetaminophen, the active ingredient in Tylenol, can increase the risk of autism when used by pregnant women.

HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. backed the president’s warning, saying Tylenol is tied to autism, ADHD, and liver toxicity in children.

“Today, the FDA will issue a physician’s notice about the risk of acetaminophen during pregnancy and begin the process to initiate a safety label change,” Kennedy said.

“There is a potential association between acetaminophen use during pregnancy and adverse neurodevelopmental outcomes, including later diagnosis for ADHD and autism.”

The announcement somehow prompted backlash from the Left.

Pregnant TikTok users began posting videos mocking Trump and Kennedy, swallowing Tylenol pills in what they portrayed as defiant protest content.

Clips circulated on X showing users laughing off the administration’s warning.

But Sirotek said one woman’s attempt at defiance ended in tragedy.

“Got a frantic call at 4 am from a husband who was given my phone number via someone who had it,” Sirotek wrote on X.

“His pregnant wife is now on a ventilator dying of liver failure trying to ‘prove’ that Tylenol doesn’t cause autism since this is trending in TikTok.

“He now has to make the tough decision to try and save an unborn baby that may not survive outside the womb at an approx gestation of 23-25wks.

“At the same time his wife won’t survive through the week and will never get to meet her baby.

“This behavior is ridiculous,” she asserted.

“This woman hated Trump so much because of the HARVARD STUDY on Tylenol and Autism she ultimately killed herself by overdosing on Tylenol to try and ‘prove Trump wrong.’”

In a follow-up video, Sirotek shared chilling details:

“She’s going to die,” the nurse warned.

“She’s not going to come off that ventilator.

“Let me tell you something about Tylenol overdosing and death: if you aren’t administered the antidote, it is a very slow and painful death. …

“Now people are just taking massive amounts of Tylenol to ‘prove Trump wrong.’”

Sirotek said the husband now faces the devastating possibility of losing both his wife and his unborn child.

“The baby’s not going to grow up with the mom.

“He’s lost his whole life if this baby dies too—all because of TikTok challenges. …

She urged people to take the risks seriously:

“This was a preventable situation. …

On Monday afternoon, during a White House press conference alongside Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., Trump said:

“With Tylenol, don’t take it, don’t take it.”

The president was referring to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s new warning to physicians that acetaminophen use during pregnancy could increase the risk of autism spectrum disorder and ADHD in children.

Acetaminophen is the common pain reliever sold as Tylenol.

The Trump administration’s announcement marks a dramatic shift in federal health guidance.

The FDA will now notify physicians that use of acetaminophen during pregnancy may be associated with a “very increased risk” of neurological conditions in children.

HHS will also launch a nationwide public awareness campaign to alert families to the potential dangers of taking Tylenol during pregnancy.

“The Trump administration does not believe popping more pills is always the answer for better health,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said.

“There is mounting evidence finding a connection between acetaminophen use during pregnancy and autism — and that’s why the administration is courageously issuing this new health guidance.”

Acetaminophen is the most common over-the-counter fever and pain medication used during pregnancy.

Global sales of the drug are projected to hit $10.9 billion this year.

International Pushback

The announcement sparked immediate backlash from foreign regulators.

In other countries, Tylenol is known as “paracetamol.”

Alison Cave, chief safety officer of the UK’s Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency, said in a statement:

“There is no evidence that taking paracetamol during pregnancy causes autism in children.”

“Paracetamol remains the recommended pain relief option for pregnant women when used as directed,” Cave added.

Steffen Thirstrup, chief medical officer of the European Medicines Agency, echoed the defense, claiming his agency found “no evidence that taking paracetamol during pregnancy causes autism in children.”

A spokesman for the World Health Organization (WHO), Tarik Jasarevic, admitted some studies had suggested an association between prenatal acetaminophen and autism but insisted “evidence remains inconsistent.”

“If the link between acetaminophen and autism were strong, it would likely have been consistently observed across multiple studies,” he said.

Evidence Cited by the Administration

Despite the denials, researchers continue to raise concerns.

A 2023 peer-reviewed study published in the Swiss pediatric medical journal Children concluded:

“The very early postpartum period poses the greatest risk for acetaminophen-induced ASD, and that nearly ubiquitous use of acetaminophen during early development could conceivably be responsible for the induction in the vast majority, perhaps 90% or more, of all cases of ASD.”

Additional evidence comes from a 2019 NIH-funded study published in JAMA Psychiatry by Johns Hopkins researchers, who analyzed umbilical cord blood from 996 births.

The study, conducted by researchers at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, found that fetal exposure to acetaminophen was associated with a significantly increased risk of ADHD and autism “in a dose-response fashion.”

The Policy Shift

The White House fact sheet released Monday cites both studies as well as a recent NIH-supported systematic review that documented positive associations between prenatal acetaminophen use and ADHD, ASD, and other neurodevelopmental disorders across dozens of high-quality studies.

It also pointed to a 2021 international consensus statement urging pregnant women to “minimize exposure” by taking “the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible time.”

The Trump administration’s move represents a rare break from decades of public health orthodoxy on acetaminophen and sets the stage for an ongoing battle with pharmaceutical companies, foreign regulators, and the medical establishment.
